Were strengthening our internal IT function to support a growing multi-location organization. This role is a key hire who will own network and systems performance solve complex issues and help build a more scalable IT foundation.

This is a strong fit for someone whos been wearing multiple hats in a smaller environment and is ready to take on more ownership and influence.

What Youll Be Doing

Technical Ownership

• Act as escalation point for network and systems issues (Tier 2/3)

• Troubleshoot connectivity outages and performance across 40 locations

• Support and standardize network infrastructure (FortiGate UniFi)

Build & Improve

• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes

• Support Azure-based infrastructure and identity environment (Entra ID)

• Contribute to infrastructure improvements and documentation

• Help establish processes that scale as the team grows

What Success Looks Like

• 060 Days: Ramp quickly and begin resolving escalations independently

• By 90 Days: Own the majority of complex issues and identify improvement opportunities

• Ongoing: Play a key role in shaping how IT operates as the organization grows

What We Need (Non-Negotiables)

• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (firewalls switching VPNs)

  • FortiGate and/or UniFi preferred

• Working knowledge of:

  • Azure Entra ID

  • Hybrid environments (cloud some on-prem)

• Background in a lean IT environment (not highly siloed)

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multi-location environments

• Exposure to migrations (on-prem cloud)

• Basic scripting or automation experience

Work Setup

• Local to Eden Prairie Minnesota required

• Onsite for first 90 days for training then hybrid (23 days onsite)
