Area Restaurant General Manager

As the Area Restaurant General Manager youll be the driving force behind the daily operations of multiple dining venues including full-service dining quick-service dining bars etc. Youll oversee team members ensure top-notch quality control and maximize revenue across establishments. Youll uphold our commitment to exceptional service standards. Additionally youll handle guest inquiries and feedback fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among our team members. As a Area Restaurant manager you will:

• Maintain updated SOPs covering service standards cash handling food preparation safety purchasing inventory control and audit policies.

• Train supervisors and staff to ensure consistent operational standards and ongoing skills development.

• Implement training programs and sales incentives to drive revenue improve check averages and increase profitability.

• Conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions in alignment with company guidelines.

• Oversee hiring interviewing onboarding and training of new employees according to company policies and health regulations.

• Prepare and manage staff schedules and weekly revenue forecasts within budgeted labor guidelines.

• Ensure efficient outlet operations including inventory management par stock maintenance and beverage control compliance.

• Deliver excellent service to owners and guests ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise team members on-site ensuring smooth operations.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Train coach and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Plan assign and direct work to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in appraising performance and rewarding team members for their contributions.
• Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
