Job Summary
As the Area Restaurant General Manager youll be the driving force behind the daily operations of multiple dining venues including full-service dining quick-service dining bars etc. Youll oversee team members ensure top-notch quality control and maximize revenue across establishments. Youll uphold our commitment to exceptional service standards. Additionally youll handle guest inquiries and feedback fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among our team members. As a Area Restaurant manager you will:
Maintain updated SOPs covering service standards cash handling food preparation safety purchasing inventory control and audit policies.
Train supervisors and staff to ensure consistent operational standards and ongoing skills development.
Implement training programs and sales incentives to drive revenue improve check averages and increase profitability.
Conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions in alignment with company guidelines.
Oversee hiring interviewing onboarding and training of new employees according to company policies and health regulations.
Prepare and manage staff schedules and weekly revenue forecasts within budgeted labor guidelines.
Ensure efficient outlet operations including inventory management par stock maintenance and beverage control compliance.
Deliver excellent service to owners and guests ensuring a consistently positive dining experience.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise team members on-site ensuring smooth operations.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
- Train coach and mentor team members to maintain high performance standards.
- Plan assign and direct work to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in appraising performance and rewarding team members for their contributions.
- Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner to maintain a positive work environment

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
