CDL A Driver Lay Over Local Team Routes

The Dominos Class A Commercial Truck Driver safely operates companyowned commercial vehicles on established routes to deliver products to Dominos Pizza store locations. Drivers unload product at each stop provide professional customer service to store teams pick up empty trays and carts and return them to the Supply Chain Center.

On occasion drivers may shuttle trailers to and from partner locations or position trailers at dock doors. All tasks are performed with safety as the top priority including required PPE usage.

Pay & Earnings

• $80000$90000 in your first year
• Compensation is based on miles driven and weight hauled

Routes are planned and assigned with clear expectations drivers are not guessing week to week.

Dispatch Window

• Dispatch occurs between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Schedules may include weekends based on route demand

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience one year preferred           
• Must have a valid class A Commercial Drivers License CDL with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle
• Must pass DOT physical 
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
• Must be able to work around yeast and flour
• Delivery service experience preferred
• Experience driving 48 trailers preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time climb stairs and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion perform heavy pushing/pulling of product work in refrigerated conditions 33-38 degrees outdoor weather rain sleet heat snow etc. and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery when necessary.
