Job Summary

Erstellung von Angeboten
Abwicklung von der gesamten Auftragsprozesskette vom Auftragseingang bis zur Rechnungsstellung
Pflege von Stammdaten
Organisation und Vorbereitung von Werbeaktionen wie z.B. Messen
Übernahme von Administrationsaufgaben
Erzeugen von Transportbegleitdokumenten inklusive erforderlicher Export- und Zolldokumente

Qualifications :

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsinnendienst
Zollkenntnisse wünschenswert
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der MS Office Produkte
Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Kontaktfreude und verbindliche Umgangsformen
Teamfähigkeit
