The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Entertainment2 Cluster Head in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities including calendar coordination claims handling and office administration. The individual will act as a key point of contact between internal teams external stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Cluster heads calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel plans
Coordinate meetings end-to-end including scheduling logistics venue booking and resource arrangement
Follow up on meetings track action items and ensure timely closure
Handle claims processing documentation and follow-ups with accuracy and confidentiality
Draft review and manage correspondence reports presentations and internal documentation
Arrange domestic and international travel (flights accommodation visas if applicable) prepare itineraries and manage travel documentation
Maintain systematic filing (physical and digital) of correspondence and records
Manage vendor relationships including coordination negotiation support and timely payments
Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Screen calls emails and requests ensuring prioritization and timely responses
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
Support in organizing internal events leadership meetings and offsites if any
Ensure adherence to timelines processes and organizational policies
Qualifications Knowledge & Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word Excel and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to prepare reports presentations and business correspondence
