Job Title: Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapists for exciting Travel or Local role in Boulder CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in outpatient settings
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in Missouri and/or Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
