Job Title: Physical Therapist Job Location:Boulder CO Type: Contract
Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapists for exciting Travel or Local role in Boulder CO.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in outpatient settings
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Active Physical Therapy license in Missouri and/or Colorado (or eligibility to obtain)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
CPR/BLS certification preferred
