Pediatrics Physician – Developmental Specialty

Cedar Park Group is hiring a Pediatrics Physician with Developmental Specialty experience for a contract opportunity. This opportunity is ideal for a physician with strong developmental and behavioral pediatrics experience who is comfortable supporting children with complex needs in a mission-driven federal healthcare setting.

Position Overview

In this role you will provide developmental pediatric services to children with complex clinical needs including developmental delays behavioral health conditions and autism spectrum and related disorders. This position requires strong assessment skills thoughtful care planning and the ability to collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary care teams.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certification in Pediatrics or Board Eligibility required
• Experience in developmental pediatrics and/or behavioral pediatrics
• Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a mission-driven underserved setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorders developmental delays and behavioral health needs
• Experience working in multidisciplinary or federally supported healthcare settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental and behavioral assessments
• Develop and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Provide clinical guidance and support to pediatric patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
