About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced international environment.
This position offers a hybrid working model after onboarding and relocation support for candidates moving to Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Conduct cold calling activities to engage potential customers
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance
Requirements
- Spanish and English (minimum B2 level)
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Minimum 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and close opportunities
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven sales performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
