Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to manage complex infrastructure and/or development projects within a large-scale IT environment in Antwerp Belgium. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project delivery governance frameworks and IT service management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure and/or development projects
- Apply structured project management methodologies (Prince2 PMBOK Agile/Scrum)
- Manage risks issues dependencies and project reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery within scope timeline and budget constraints
- Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office
- Support governance and alignment with ITIL processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or development environments
- Strong knowledge of Prince2 and/or PMBOK methodologies (certification preferred)
- Experience with Scrum frameworks
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
- Experience in Data Governance environments
- Proficiency in MS Project PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong understanding of project management techniques (risk issue and change management)
- Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Archimate modeling
- Knowledge of Angular development environments
- Experience with API gateways
- Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics
Additional Information
- Candidates must be willing to sign IT security and NDA agreements
- Assignment operates under a framework agreement ()
- Extension possible in 12-month increments by mutual agreement
- Notice period: 1 month for both parties
