Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Leader to manage complex infrastructure and/or development projects within a large-scale IT environment in Antwerp Belgium. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project delivery governance frameworks and IT service management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end infrastructure and/or development projects
• Apply structured project management methodologies (Prince2 PMBOK Agile/Scrum)
• Manage risks issues dependencies and project reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery within scope timeline and budget constraints
• Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and MS Office
• Support governance and alignment with ITIL processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or development environments
• Strong knowledge of Prince2 and/or PMBOK methodologies (certification preferred)
• Experience with Scrum frameworks
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
• Experience in Data Governance environments
• Proficiency in MS Project PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong understanding of project management techniques (risk issue and change management)
• Fluency in Dutch (CEFR level C2)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Archimate modeling
• Knowledge of Angular development environments
• Experience with API gateways
• Experience using Power BI for reporting and analytics

Additional Information

• Candidates must be willing to sign IT security and NDA agreements
• Assignment operates under a framework agreement ()
• Extension possible in 12-month increments by mutual agreement
• Notice period: 1 month for both parties
• Hybrid working model available
