Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and timely customer support via phone email and chat in both English and Spanish
Accurately document customer interactions issues and resolutions in internal systems
Use Microsoft Excel to track analyze and report customer data including creating spreadsheets using formulas and generating reports
Resolve customer inquiries complaints and service requests with a problem-solving mindset
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and policies
Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications:
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Proven experience in a customer service or support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables data organization)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
