Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a BD Manager to drive customer POCs for our AI inference platform. You will work with AI startup founders and CTOs to identify needs scope technical evaluations and turn successful POCs into long-term commercial partnerships. This is a high-impact GTM role at the forefront of AI infrastructure.
What Youll Do
- Identify qualify and source high-potential POCs aligned with strategic priorities
- Own multiple concurrent POCs from scoping to final evaluation
- Partner directly with customers (AI startups) to understand inference volumes and compute requirements
- Define POC scope milestones timelines and success metrics
- Coordinate with engineering product and operations teams to align requirements
- Lead the transition from POC to commercial agreements supporting pricing and onboarding
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Computer Science or related technical field
- 35 years in technical business development customer engineering or technical account management
- Strong technical acumen able to discuss AI infrastructure concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ownership mindset comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep familiarity with the Silicon Valley AI startup ecosystem
- Ability to speak confidently with CEOs/CTOs
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mountain View CA for full-time in-office collaboration
