- Full time W2 driving opportunities
- Operations focused on the Eastern United States
- Consistent freight volume throughout the year
- Reliable freight network primarily east of I-35 corridor
- Professional dispatch support and structured planning
Income and Compensation
- Weekly gross earnings from 1400 to 1800 dollars
- Base pay rate of 0.56 per mile
- Additional incentives for safety and performance
- Direct deposit issued every Friday
Training Program Details
- Paid training available for qualified entry level drivers
- Duration of 3 to 5 weeks depending on performance
- Requires 120 hours of accredited CDL school completion
- Focus on ELD compliance and safe operation
- Final evaluation required before solo assignment
Equipment and Freight
- Assigned 2024 and 2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
- Modern fleet with consistent maintenance support
- Dry van freight with no touch environment
- Approximately 70 percent drop and hook operations
