Position Overview
In this role you will assist clients with reservations itinerary coordination and service arrangements. You will ensure each client receives a high level of personalized support before during and after their experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and online messaging
- Assist clients with luxury reservations bookings and itinerary updates
- Communicate details policies and documentation requirements clearly
- Monitor reservations to ensure accuracy and timely updates
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
- Deliver a high-touch solutions-oriented customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience required (luxury service or hospitality preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers booking systems and digital communication tools
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
