Your Mission

Act as the trusted point of contact for customers ensuring a seamless and professional experience:

  • Manage incoming customer interactions via CRM systems

  • Create and process quotes and orders using SAP

  • Track and communicate delivery timelines clearly and proactively

  • Provide product guidance based on catalog knowledge and customer needs

  • Deliver first-level technical support to help customers identify the right solutions

  • Build strong relationships through professional solution-oriented communication

What You Bring

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficient/Bilingual Danish Advanced English

  • Minimum high school diploma

  • Interest in technology and customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer focus with commercial awareness

Success Profile:

  • Business-minded with the ability to identify customer needs and opportunities

  • Organized proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Motivated to commit long-term (2 years) and grow within the company
