Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Information Analyst to support and enhance SAP HR and SuccessFactors applications. This role involves application management stakeholder communication and ensuring optimal system performance aligned with HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line application support for SAP HR and SuccessFactors
- Support and advise business users on application functionalities
- Conduct functional testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Manage application changes and releases
- Act as a key liaison between business and IT teams
- Participate in cross-functional projects and ensure smooth collaboration
- Handle information flow and communication with business stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with SAP HR and SuccessFactors
- Understanding of HR processes and systems
- Exposure to or interest in working with APIs
- Experience in application support and management
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
