Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our recruitment operations in Malaysia and the APAC region. You will oversee recruitment teams manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of high-volume hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on BPO and volume hiring projects
Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple clients and roles
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets
Monitor team performance KPIs and SLAs
Act as the main point of contact for key clients
Improve processes and workflows
Support business growth and new project onboarding
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead in BPO recruitment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience handling high-volume and international recruitment projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams
Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
Fluent in English (additional Asian languages are a plus)
