Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our recruitment operations in Malaysia and the APAC region. You will oversee recruitment teams manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of high-volume hiring projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on BPO and volume hiring projects
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple clients and roles
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets
- Monitor team performance KPIs and SLAs
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients
- Improve processes and workflows
- Support business growth and new project onboarding
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead in BPO recruitment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience handling high-volume and international recruitment projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (additional Asian languages are a plus)
