We are seeking a Remote Travel Experience Representative to join our growing travel-focused this role you will assist clients throughout their journey by providing timely support answering questions and ensuring a seamless experience from planning to departure. Youll play a key role in helping travelers feel confident informed and excited about their upcoming trips.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support via email chat and phone
Assist with updates changes and general client inquiries
Share helpful information related to upcoming travel plans and arrangements
Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure they feel prepared
Resolve concerns while maintaining a positive and professional experience
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently
