Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and other airport services - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Check and tag baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight - Coordinate with other airport staff including cabin crew pilots and ground handling agents to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized work area including checking and restocking supplies as needed - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Attend and participate in training and development programs as required Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required We offer competitive salary and benefits packages as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
