We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging high-quality content for social media and long-form platforms.

The ideal candidate understands pacing storytelling viewer psychology and platform-specific editing styles (Reels Shorts YouTube long-form). You should be able to create both high-retention short videos and structured educational long-form content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Short-Form Content (Reels / Shorts)

Create high-engagement 3045 second vertical videos

Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds

Highlight key steps or techniques with fast-paced editing

Add clean readable text overlays and callouts

Maintain visual consistency and dynamic pacing

Optimize content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Long-Form Content (YouTube 10 Minutes)

Structure educational videos with clear flow:

Introduction

o Tools required

o Step-by-step process

o Common mistakes

o Conclusion

Use smooth transitions and logical sequencing

Add chapter titles graphics and labels

Ensure clean audio and optional background music

Maintain professional storytelling and viewer retention

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (or similar)

Strong understanding of vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats

Knowledge of:

o Motion graphics basics

o Text animation

o Audio balancing

o Color correction

Ability to deliver:

o 1080p minimum quality

o MP4 export format
