Role: RPA Developer

Experience: 8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end automated solutions using RPA and other feasible automation technologies mostly within the UiPath platform and follow the best coding practices which helps in debugging and bug fixes.
• Develop Design and document the solution according to existing architecture guardrails and the documentation model within the team.
• Apart from BOTs development perform integrated testing support UAT deployment of solutions hypercare activities.
• Have a holistic view of how the solution & support in translating product strategy and requirements into suitable maintainable and scalable end-to-end automated solution to different business initiatives & outcomes.
• Working towards enhancement in the automations follow change request lifecycle suggesting new changes in development and implementing solution.
• Develop the simplest dynamic and configurable solution that fulfils user needs as well as meets functional compliance and quality requirements.
• Furnish required documentation for the solution developed as per the product team guidelines and help establishing the best practices in terms of coding and documentation.
• Consult the stakeholders in process design sessions and perform regular code reviews with peers.
• Assist in large scale implementations of the robotic workforce and platform infrastructure.
• Use an experimental mindset to identify evaluate and recommend alternative design and framework.
• Support adoption of new products and features.
• Help in Infrastructure scaling optimization and technical architecture guidance.
• Platform upgrade advisory migration support and implementation support.
• Perform code walkthrough knowledge sharing sessions.
• 3rd party tools integration advisory and implementation support.
• Communicate best practices in terms of building automation flows in UiPath.
• Realize the maximum potential of SAP and other applications used within H&M for automation

Technical skills:

• Minimum of 3 to 7 years experience with RPA and exposure to automation tools like UIPath and other technologies like Python microservices SQL.
• Expertise using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator and to know various capabilities that the RPA product provides. UiPath Advanced Developer certification.
• Experience in understanding business needs and translating them into an automated solution.
• Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting domain.
• Experience in Solution Designing development testing deployment and monitoring of the robots.
• Knowledge of RPA integration with other tools like Splunk for reporting.
• Azure knowledge and certification.
• Experience with DevOps methodology.
• Understanding of intelligent automation and RPA inbuilt AI capabilities.
• Experience with Agile and process improvement methodologies and applications like JIRA
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineers in other Product or Enabling engineering teams to solve and reduce technical dependencies.
  Additional skills
• Experience with Agile and process improvement methodologies and applications like JIR
• Experience in Financial and Accounting domain.
• Understanding of SAP applications and/or S4/Hana.
• Business Analysis skills in Finance Area.
