About the Role Estimator:

As an Estimator youll be a key part of our preconstruction teamanalyzing plans preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting project success from bid to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review blueprints perform takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Create and maintain BOMs and proposals
• Coordinate with vendors subcontractors and clients
• Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for awarded projects
• Support Project Teams throughout the bid process
• Track actual project costs vs. estimates and recommend improvements

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 4 years in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or GED (Post-Secondary Certificate preferred)
• Skills: Strong math communication organization and time management
• Tools: Proficiency in Accubid & other estimating software Microsoft Excel and blueprint reading
• License: Valid state drivers license
• Work Style: Team player self-motivated detail-oriented and solutions-driven
