Position Summary
We are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to support our wholesale parts operations. This role is primarily phone-based and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while helping customers quickly and accurately identify and purchase the parts they need.

Compensation
We offer both hourly and commission-based compensation options depending on experience.

What Youll Do

• Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection

• Provide pricing availability and product information

• Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs

• Process orders for shipment delivery or pickup

• Follow up on quotes backorders and special orders

• Coordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs

• Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization

• Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales

• Stay current on products and participate in training programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous parts automotive or truck industry experience is a plus
