Job Summary
Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Kearney MO
Type: Contract
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Kearney MO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
