About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Amenitiz you own the full sales cycle - from the first outbound touch to a signed is not a meeting-booking role. You prospect you run demos you close. You manage your pipeline your conversion rates and your revenue contribution operate in a high-volume fast-paced environment where consistency and execution matter every week.
Your mission
Generate manage and close your own pipeline
You will:
- Prospect and engage new customers through outbound (calls emails chats)
- Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs quickly
- Run product demos and present Amenitizs value proposition
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline in HubSpot
- Own your conversion rates across each stage of the funnel
What youll do
Prospecting & Pipeline Generation:Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls emails and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch. Own your top-of-funnel.
Discovery & Qualification:Understand each prospects current setup pain points and needs. Identify fit quickly and prioritize the right opportunities. Position Amenitiz in a way thats relevant and specific to their situation.
Product Demos: Run structured engaging demos tailored to each prospects context. Connect product features to real business problems. Make it easy for the prospect to say yes.
Objection Handling & Closing:Navigate hesitation competitive comparisons and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency where its earned. Ask for the deal.
Pipeline Management:Keep HubSpot clean accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably. Make sure no follow-up slips through the cracks.
Collaboration: Work with Sales leadership and peers to sharpen your approach. Share market feedback objection patterns and competitive intel to help the team improve.
About you

You likely have:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales (SDR AE or full-cycle roles)
- Experience in outbound and running demos
- Comfortable switching between prospecting mode and closing mode
- Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- A structured and organized approach to pipeline management
- A competitive mindset and strong closing drive
- Native Portuguese strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS hospitality tech or startups
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar
