Just Better Care is a leading provider of in-home lifestyle and social support services in Australia for older adults people with disabilities and others seeking personalised care and support to live independently in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.
Were seeking a detailoriented and proactive Support Services Officer to join our Service Delivery this role youll provide essential administrative scheduling coordination and operational support that enables frontline staff to provide consistent person centred services to individuals in the attainment of their goals.
What youll do:
Maintain accurate client records
Assist with scheduling shift changes and service bookings
Respond to client and worker enquiries
Prepare documents service agreements and reports
Contribute to smooth day to day service operations
What youll bring:
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Ability to follow procedures policies and processes and maintain accuracy
Confidence using client management or rostering systems
Experience in community services disability or aged care (desirable)
What you will need:
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working With Children Check
First Aid and CPR
Drivers Licence
