Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
We are looking for a Project Qualifications Engineer to join HQ Project Qualifications Management teamin Milan.
Reporting directly to the Project Qualifications Manager you will:
- Define testing protocols and assess the feasibility of qualification tests during the tender phase.
- Support the bidding phase by identifying qualification requirements and estimating related costs.
- Organize and coordinate all testing activities including preparation of materials workforce allocation and attendees scheduling.
- Oversee the planning preparation and execution of electrical mechanical and non-electrical qualification tests performed in External Laboratories.
- Ensure on-time qualification execution through effective risk mitigation and performance monitoring.
- Interact with Internal and External Customers to ensure correct and timely execution of all tests.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and competencies:
- A masters degree in Electric or Electronic Engineering Energy or Mechatronic;
- Minimum of proven experience in the EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) industry or a project-based business.
- Fluency in English and Italian both written and spoken;
- Flexibility adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (also abroad up to 50%)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
