Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and support patients visitors and staff with exceptional customer service and this role you will be part of a caring agile and reliable team that values innovation teamwork and integrity every day.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity identify unusual conditions and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances lobbies hallways parking areas and other assigned areas assisting with access control visitor direction and policy compliance in a professional manner.
• Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence following post orders and completing assigned reports related to daily activities and/or incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting as required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
