What youll do

As the Clinical Coordinator reporting to the Clinical Manager you will play a key role in ensuring strong clinical governance supporting and mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement in care outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about aged care and making a real difference in residents lives.

Youll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

  • Deliver high quality nursing care including specialised nursing careLead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe high-quality person-centered care
  • Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments care planning and regular reviews
  • Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management
  • Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing confident clinical team
  • Work closely with GPs allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care
  • Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives

What youll bring

To thrive in this role you will have:

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in a senior clinical leadership role preferably in residential aged care
  • Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards Quality Framework and related legislation
  • Strong mentoring problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive compassionate and team-focused approach
