The role

Were inviting Expressions of Interest for a 6month opportunity as a Senior Customer Experience & Design Officer (Grade 9/10) within the Technology and Governance team part of Digital and Customer.

Our team works at the early fuzzy end of initiatives where problems are unclear options are contested and decisions feel risky. Our role is to help teams frame the right problems explore viable solution options and build confidence in what to do next. We keep the customer at the core of what we do.
There is a strong and growing focus on AIenabled solutions and this role will play a key part in helping teams explore how AI can be applied ethically responsibly and meaningfully always grounded in real user needs and organisational outcomes.
In this role you will:
- Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops (problem framing ideation prioritisation and sensemaking)
- Generate insights options and pathways to inform confident welltimed decisions
- Help teams reduce risk by clarifying problems and tradeoffs before committing to delivery
- Contribute to innovation and earlystage AI solution shaping balancing opportunity feasibility and human impact
- Work closely with stakeholders to build alignment momentum and shared understanding
