Join the team at The UPS Store in South Austin! Our store on South Congressis a high-traffic hub for the local community. While The UPS Store is a world-class brand this location is locally owned and operated by LAL Horizons.

We have proudly served the greater Austin area for over 10 years and are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Associate who enjoys helping neighbors and supporting local small businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide world-class customer service to the Cedar Park community and local business owners.

• Expertly advise customers on shipping options professional printing and document finishing.

• Master our point-of-sale (POS) systems and specialized logistics software.

• Assist customers with high-quality printing binding and laminating projects.

• Maintain a clean organized and professional store environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Full-Time availability is required.

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office or Adobe Suites experience is a plus).

• Prompt reliable and professional in appearance.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.

• A fast learner who can thrive in a busy multitasking retail environment.
