Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting. $17.50 Per Hour
Responsibilities
Appears at events functions/parties at the request of Marketing for the Atlantic City region. Greets customers as a company representative. Checks guests into events. Issues prizes to guests inclusive of coin/cash/coupon issuance and accountability which are considered in the calculation of gross revenue. Performs light clerical work to include data entry. Promotes Caesars and acts in a professional and courteous manner. Exhibits a positive outgoing personality.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Outstanding public relations skills and outgoing personality needed.
NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
