As a Security Officer Entry Control Driver in Mont Belvieu TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location where you will monitor entry points verify credentials and support site access procedures. This driving post includes routine patrols a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and strong customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors contractors and employees by following site-specific access control procedures verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals to designated entry points within the location.
• Monitor entrances exits gates and/or badge access systems to help support security-related operations document visitor activity and report unusual conditions or access concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct screening of personnel vehicles packages and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols for a chemical and petrochemical environment while maintaining accurate logs and records.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner assist with emergency response activities when appropriate and communicate clearly with supervisors and/or local responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points restricted areas and the perimeter to help identify security-related issues support compliance with site policies and report maintenance or operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
