MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WORKS DIRECTOR / SENIOR WORKS SUPERVISOR: In collaboration with your superiors and the engineering consultants define the constructive choices and operating procedures for the building site entrusted to you. Ensure optimized use of resources to meet your objectives in terms of cost lead times and quality and environmental and safety the scope of the productivity approach establish communicate and monitor the roadmap intended for team leaders and the labor analyses. Lead and coordinate the production teams with support from the team leaders for your building site or building site area and provide work station training for all production personnel. Provide training on work station safety. Check that the necessary driving/operating authorizations are obtained. Make sure that work and personal protective equipment is available and ensure compliance with this equipment (user manuals specific guidelines etc.). Ensure that any person who has breached these obligations is removed from the building site. Signal any breach and suggest the appropriate sanctions. Manage the welcoming of production personnel and their time entries. Manage stocks and orders of equipment and materials. Manage inter-company and supplier relations for the building site (co-activity loaned cranes delivery times storage etc.).
