Role Overview

The UX Researcher will actively contribute to user research activities contributing strategically to the evolution of Magic Engineerings products and services.

Through clear and actionable insights you will support the Product & Service Design Team bringing the voice of users into the heart of decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive UX research activities to support the evolution of products and services
• Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research activities turning data and observations into meaningful insights for the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Designers Project Managers and Product Owner to inform design and product decisions
• Validate processes and requirements through research contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions
• Ensure alignment between product direction business goals and user needs
• Promote and foster a human-centered culture across the organization

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a UX Research role
• UX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews usability testing and data analysis turning findings into actionable product insights
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setup
• Strong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setup
• Design definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures user flows and analysis tools such as customer journeys empathy maps shadowing and usability testing
• Solid experience with research & analytics tools such as Hotjar Microsoft Clarity and other analytics platforms as well as collaboration tools like FigJam Miro or Mural
• Agile mindset: familiarity with Agile environments and ability to work iteratively within cross-functional teams

Job Offer
