Job Summary

Production Supervisor

Location: Aurora Ontario

Education & Experience Requirements

2 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience supervising production teams in a plant setting

Strong understanding of production workflows and plant operations

Ability to manage shift performance metrics and team output

Strong communication and leadership skills

Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding

Experience with mold setup changeovers and troubleshooting

Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience

Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing

Forklift or crane certification

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Exposure to automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments
