Job Purpose

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing strategic accounts within the financial services sector with a strong focus on banks and financial institutions. The role requires a seasoned technology sales professional capable of managing complex sales cycles building long-term C-level relationships and positioning NCRs solutions as mission-critical platforms for digital banking payments self-service and enterprise technology.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 78 years of sales experience.
• Proven hands-on experience selling technology solutions to banks and financial institutions
• Strong understanding of:
  • Banking operations and digital transformation initiatives
  • Financial services technology landscapes (payments self-service core systems channels etc.)
• Demonstrated success managing large complex sales cycles and high-value deals
• Experience working with multinational or regional technology vendors is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation presentation and stakeholder management abilities
