Minimum 8 years of experience The Technical Business Systems Analyst (Tech BSA) will play a pivotal role in the Commercial Leasing Application Product Suite acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This position requires a highly skilled professional adept at reverse-engineering complex existing applications mapping user roles and journeys decomposing end-to-end workflows and delivering comprehensive BRD-level documentation that supports business transformation and technical enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in both technical and business analysis with the ability to bridge communication and requirement gaps between business and IT.
Extensive hands-on experience reverse-engineering existing enterprise applications and documenting their functional and technical architecture.
Demonstrated ability to decompose workflows analyze data structures and map API integrations in commercial lending or leasing environments.
Strong proficiency in creating BRD-level documentation including detailed process flows data mappings and integration specifications.
Practical scenario-based approach to requirements gathering and solution design with real-world examples from prior projects.
Ability to document reviewer actions post-processing behaviors and end-to-end user journeys beyond surface-level user experience.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business leaders developers QA and integration partners.

Key Responsibilities

Produce comprehensive business requirements documentation (BRD) that meets industry standards and supports downstream technical development UI and UX requirements
Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are actionable complete and aligned with business goals.
