Job Summary

12 18 years of overall IT/ERP experience with 5 years in a Program Manager or Senior Delivery role.
Proven experience managing large Oracle Cloud HCM and FSCM support and transformation programs.
Experience managing Support engagements with teams across locations.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and FSCM business processes.
Experience with integrations (OIC REST/SOAP) data migration and reporting (OTBI BIP).
Knowledge of finance HR and supply chain process best practices.
Strong risk dependency and change management capabilities.
Executive level communication and presentation skills.
Strong decision making conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross functional teams.
