Job Summary

IMPORTANT!

McLaren Northern has incorporated a strict 3 strike attendance policy to advocate for their patient population. Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated effective immediately. Situations such as a communicable disease or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the contractor. This policy will begin on 6/1/2024.

Requirement description :

2 years pharmacy experience - REQUIRED
MI License active at time of submission - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
Proficient in sterile compounding including Hazardous Drugs/Chemo use of CSTDs & priming lines - REQUIRED
Must have documentation of and be current with all required USP 797 and 800 competencies - REQUIRED
Traveler experience - PREFERRED

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be active at time of submission
Weekend Requirements : Every other weekend
On Call Requirements : None
