Job Requirements:Education and Work Experience:Associates degree in Radiologic Technology: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): RequiredRadiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CAAdvanced Certification in the modality of CT: Required in OR and HI Preferred in CABasic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS)certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFluoroscopy license in state of employment: Required in CA if employee operates fluoroscopy equipmentVenipuncture certification: Preferred in CA and ORFacility Specific License/Certifications:AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: RequiredEssential Functions:Assesses plans implements and evaluates care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist PACS and teleradiology system to correctly transfer images to the appropriate accurate records files and billing information.
