Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Delivery:

• Lead development for a cross-functional Agile team of 4 8 engineers across backend frontend and full stack disciplines.
• Deliver core platform features and integrated web applications used across multiple international markets.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable end-to-end full stack solutions.

• Ensure strong integration between frontend and backend components by enforcing:
  • Code quality standards:

• • Proper documentation
  • Best practices for performance usability and reliability
• Application Development
  • Design build test deploy and maintain:

• • Secure APIs
  • Microservices
  • User interfaces
  • Focus on automation fault tolerance scalability and high availability.
• Work extensively with technologies including:
  • Java
  • Spring Boot
  • Kafka
• Data & Platform Engineering
  • Design and support backend and full stack systems using:

• • SQL databases including Azure SQL
  • NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB Cassandra and MongoDB

• Build event-driven and streaming solutions using Kafka.

• Cloud DevOps & Observability
  • Apply strong understanding of DevOps principles including:

• • CI/CD pipelines
  • Deployment patterns
  • System observability

• Work with containerized and cloud-based platforms including:
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • Cloud environments such as Azure GCP or AWS
• Mentorship & Engineering Excellence
  • Mentor engineers through:

• • Code reviews
  • Pair programming
  • Technical discussions

• Foster strong backend and frontend engineering practices across the team.
• Champion continuous improvement modern design patterns and technical excellence.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise with modern frontend frameworks especially .
• Hands-on experience with:

• Kafka
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms (Azure GCP or AWS)

• Strong experience working across frontend backend and full stack systems.
• Proven leadership in Agile environments with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication collaboration and technical decision making skills.
