Role Summary The Manufacturing Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating developing and executing manufacturing schedules to the set objectives. Supports daily activities in process developments validation activities and change this role you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems develop & execute objectives & have the ability to meet company objectives within the time lines specifically related to your assigned projects.

Essential Responsibilities

Support Product Design for Automated work cell components and vision Fixturing End of Arm Tools and Brackets.
Read and interpret mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.
Collaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.
Records procedures and results numerical and graphical data and recommendations for changes in product or method.
Maintains software documentation and equipment to the latest revision or operational specifications.
Assists engineers in developing and designing hardware and software required for all automation solutions per specifications.
Trains other technicians and operators on products processes and equipment.
Proper use of power tools and measuring equipment

Qualifications/Requirements

B.S in Engineering Technical Practice or Equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering quality or Production and Manufacturing Operations in a Automotive or related industry.
Proficeint in 3D modeling such as Solid Works.
Previous design qualification and build experience.
Travel Requirements up to 30%

Strong oral and written communication skills
Capability to work in teams
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.
CAD CREO or Pro-E proficiency.
