Job Summary
Position 01:
Position : Guidewire Billing Center
Location : Remote
Duration : Long Term
Responsibilities:
- Lead design development and configuration of Guidewire BillingCenter on Guidewire Cloud latest versions
- Act as the primary onshore technical lead working closely with client business and IT stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with Guidewire Cloud standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore BillingCenter development teams
- Remain hands-on 40-60 in development activities including configuration customization and defect resolution
- Review offshore deliverables across PCF configuration billing rules data model invoicing payments commissions dunning and forms
- Ensure compliance with Guidewire Cloud best practices performance and security standards
- Build deploy and support applications using CICD pipelines
- Lead production support activities root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents
- Coordinate with integration owners and third-party vendors to ensure end-to-end system stability
- Communicate technical status risks and dependencies clearly to client and program leadership
Primary Skills (Must Have):
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter
- Strong experience in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration and development
- At least one end-to-end Guidewire Cloud implementation experience
- Strong proficiency in Guidewire GOSU development
- Handson experience with Guidewire APIs rules plugins and billing business processes
- Experience working in onshore offshore delivery models
- Strong client facing and communication skills
- Experience with CICD tools TeamCity Git Bitbucket etc.
- Working knowledge of Guidewire Cloud platform tools such as Cloud Console APD Integration Gateway Datadog.
Secondary Skills (Good to Have):
- Guidewire BillingCenter Certification ACE
- Experience in technical solution design and architecture for BillingCenter
- Experience writing GUnit test cases and integrating them with CICD pipelines
- Web services experience REST SOAP XML WSDL
- Exposure to public cloud platforms preferably AWS
- Insurance domain experience P&C preferred

Position : Guidewire Policy Center
Location : Remote

Responsibilities:
- Plan design develops configure and maintain GOSU application code and configuration elements within Guidewire Studio
- Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates regarding Guidewire development and support
- Understand the exact Client Business Needs check the technical Feasibility to achieve the requirements and communicating the same to team there by producing quality deliverables expected by client
- Onsite Offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
- Review the Offshore Development work in Areas of PCF Configuration Business Rules and Data Model Creation
- Managing and communicating team status to Onsite Management
- Technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production
- Coordinating with team to analyzed defects
- Coordinate with other service provider and integration owners to make sure the applications are up and running
- Proposing Configuration and Integration Solutions and estimate the effort for the same as part of User Story requirements
- Interact with Analysts and Business Users to translate functional specifications into technical design for implementation and deployment
Technical Skills
- Guidewire PolicyCenter experience for implantation and state rollouts
- Design develop and unit test solutions using the Guidewire Rating Module
- Define and develop rating engine and related changes in system
- Configuration for state specific forms rating business rules PCF changes and integrations
- Create solution design recommendations and estimates and effectively present solution options for implementation
- 7 years of development experience in Guidewire Policy Center and demonstrated ability with GOSU programming
- Acquire training in or demonstrate Guidewire related skillsets like Guidewire plugins GOSU script and suite integration
- Experience with Agile methodology software version control and release management
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in developing multitier web-based applications
- using JAVA J2EE WSDLXSDXML SOA JAVA Web Services and JMS or other Messaging framework
- Require strong design and development experience in integrating systems using Web
- Services technologies JAXRPC JAXWS JAXB Apache Axis 2 framework
- Experience working with SQL Server or DB2 database

Job Description:
- ClaimCenter Configuration Architecture:
- Advanced experience with ClaimCenter configuration using GOSU rules workflows data model extensions and UI configuration
- Strong judgment around OOTB vs customization with an ability to architect changes that are isolated extensible and low impact
- Experience designing solutions that layer new functionality on top of existing ClaimCenter configurations with minimal disruption
- Integration Experience Focused Scope:
- Experience integrating ClaimCenter using
- Guidewire Integration Framework ClaimCenter APIs messaging and accelerators
- Guidewire provided accelerators leveraged for vendor integrations e.g. Smart Advisor Verisk
- Minimal reliance on direct policy or billing system integrations Contact Manager integration familiarity is sufficient
- Cloud Data Events Reporting Key Focus Area:
- Strong experience designing data extracts feeds and downstream reporting integrations from ClaimCenter
- Handson knowledge of ClaimCenter Events and Cloud Data Access CDA to support reporting and analytics use cases
- Experience designing event driven data flows in cloud based ClaimCenter implementations
- Prior WC reporting experience is helpful but not required core focus is architectural design of data flows
- AWS Cloud Architecture:
- Experience designing ClaimCenter solutions in AWS based claims environments
- Familiarity with cloud native patterns for scalability resiliency monitoring and security

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams to gather analyze and document comprehensive business and system requirements for Guidewire integration initiatives Line of Business Mapping vendor integrations
- Translate business needs into clear concise user stories and acceptance criteria using Gherkin format ensuring alignment with SAFe Agile delivery practices
- Lead and facilitate requirements workshops stakeholder interviews and elicitation sessions to capture integration and business process requirements
- Manage and prioritize the Agile backlog participate in PI planning sprint planning and daily standups and track progress using Agile tools
