Job Summary

Position: Lead automation Tester for Windows APP

Location: Houston TX

Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional specializing in Windows applications developed using C and C#. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. They will lead a team of automation and manual testers and collaborate closely with developers and QA engineers to deliver high-quality reliable and user-friendly Windows applications.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

2. Proven experience (8 years) as an automation tester with expertise in testing Windows applications.

3. Strong programming skills in C/C#/Java or scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell).

4. Proficiency in test case design test planning and test execution.

6. Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities including crash dump analysis.

8. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

9. Attention to detail organization and time management skills.

10. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
