Job Summary:
The Technical Security Advisor role provides technical validation and alignment input to ensure security policies and standards accurately reflect a hybrid environment consisting of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on reviewing network architecture the Microsoft stack and endpoint/monitoring tools to support the definition of security standards and best practice recommendations.

Location:Florissant Missouri United States
Responsibilities:
- Review network architecture including firewalls switches and Wi-Fi.
- Review the Microsoft stack including M365 Defender and Entra.
- Review endpoint and monitoring tools.
- Provide input into firewall standards.
- Provide input into endpoint protection standards.
- Provide input into logging and monitoring standards.
- Provide input into cloud security standards.
- Ensure policies are realistic and implementable.
- Align with current tool capabilities.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Defender Entra ID).
- Experience with network security (firewalls segmentation).
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure (cloud and on-prem).
- Knowledge of security architecture and controls.
