Summary: St. Anne is looking for OBGYN locums to provide 24-hour on site call coverage at the hospital beginning as soon as credentialed.
Rates for submission(strictly follow)
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation $half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly $Per hour not OT
Holiday $Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT
On Call (Daily) $Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis
Call Back $400-450 Per hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back $600-675 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Shift time: 24-hr shifts 7a-7a
# of shifts needed: 2 weeks per month - 3 shifts per week
Duration: 6-9 months
Information from site:
- There is a call room on site on L&D. The call room is private for the OB provider.
- Site can be flexible on which weeks locums is available
Facility Location: St. Anne could be asked to float to St Francis but this very minimal if at all. Main need is at St Anne.
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
FTE: 1.0
Hospital: Vaginal deliveries csections triage if required after report from RN ED consults and gyn surgeries as necessary
Required Procedures:
- Manage LD patients NO DOCS
- Assist CNMS/FPOBs
- GYN coverage ER
- Level 1 Nursery
EMR: Epic
Patients per Day: 2-5
Support Staff: LD RNs CNMs FPOBs X-ray tech MA RN LPN/LVN Lab tech
Reason for Coverage: Recruitment challenges

License WAHIGHLY PREFERRED Will consider IMLC if in HAND (LOQ must be uploaded or submission will be rejected)
Local No flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - REQUIRED
