Job Summary
Job Description
- Candidate should be local to Indaianpolis.
- Accountable for the compilation of documents to complete each bridge file within the state.
- Interweave the state provided business systems to complete the bridge documentation.
- Logical thinker familiar with research techniques and not be afraid to ask questions.
- Intermediate to advance excel user
- Conduct file research on required bridges.
- Properly identify the bridges and catalog.
- Convert the hard copy documentations to electronic file; through scanning (pdf) index and store at the temporary location.
- If any existing TIFs file are found these files must be converted to pdf.
Required Skills
- Prior experience researching and auditing files; converting and organizing into digital formats
- Knowledge of file conversion process (e.g. TIF to PDF).
- Prior experience managing digital storage systems.
- Position is primarily remote. Candidate will be required to travel to Indianapolis on occasion for mandatory training or meetings
