Job Summary

Job Description

Candidate should be local to Indaianpolis.
Accountable for the compilation of documents to complete each bridge file within the state.
Interweave the state provided business systems to complete the bridge documentation.
Logical thinker familiar with research techniques and not be afraid to ask questions.
Intermediate to advance excel user
Conduct file research on required bridges.
Properly identify the bridges and catalog.
Convert the hard copy documentations to electronic file; through scanning (pdf) index and store at the temporary location.
If any existing TIFs file are found these files must be converted to pdf.

Required Skills

Prior experience researching and auditing files; converting and organizing into digital formats
Knowledge of file conversion process (e.g. TIF to PDF).
Prior experience managing digital storage systems.
Position is primarily remote. Candidate will be required to travel to Indianapolis on occasion for mandatory training or meetings
