About the Role

We are currently looking for a Laboratory Technician in Madison WI to fill a vacancy and join our Team. Reporting to the Laboratory Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Boviteq USAs advanced reproductive technologies including IVF embryo production and related laboratory processes. This position is responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory procedures with a high level of accuracy consistency and attention to detail. The technician ensures all work is completed in alignment with established protocols quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do:

• Participate in the Embryo Production process
• Maturation fertilization and culture of bovine oocytes
• Freezing grading and packaging of embryos for shipment
• Comply with production SOPs schedules and USDA export regulations
• Maintain and monitor materials equipment and data entry
• Record keeping and care maintenance of equipment

What You Need to Succeed:

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of microscopes pipetting and aseptic techniques is an advantage
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous agriculture experience is a plus

Work Location & Minimum Pay Rate

This is an in-person role requiring 5 days per week in our Madison WI location.
