  • Design loyalty and retention programs aligned with brand positioning

  • 2. Consumer Insights & Research Leadership

  • Drive qualitative & quantitative research (U&A brand tracking NPS post-

  • purchase feedback)

  • Decode evolving consumer behavior in jewellery and luxury segments

  • Translate insights into actionable inputs for product design pricing and

  • communication

  • 3. Advanced Analytics & Segmentation

  • Develop segmentation frameworks (RFM cohort analysis value-based

  • clusters)

  • Enable hyper-personalization using customer data and behavioral triggers

  • Identify high-value customer cohorts and growth opportunities

  • 4. CRM Campaigns & Personalization

  • Oversee execution of targeted CRM campaigns across WhatsApp Email

  • SMS

  • Ensure personalized communication aligned with lifecycle stage and customer

  • Optimize messaging for conversion and engagement

  • 5. ROI & Marketing Effectiveness

  • Track campaign ROI cost per engagement and conversion metrics
