- Managing user provisioning/deprovisioning exceptions and non-standard changes
- Supporting authentication issues for on-prem and web-based applications
- Supporting directory-based authentication for wired and wireless networks
- Managing AD-related system administration and configuration across platforms
- Troubleshooting and resolving AD incidents and escalations
- Managing AD integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Assisting other teams with AD integration queries and dependencies
- GPO implementation modification and maintenance
- Coordinating deployment of security settings to servers and workstations
- DNS management activities related to AD integration
- Replication monitoring and basic tuning across sites
- Performing routine directory health checks and backups
